Writes in each site's voice
Every site carries its own tone, brand colours, image direction, and closing call to action. A church site and a hosting company generate differently because you told the system how each one sounds, once.
AI Publish writes articles in each site's own voice, publishes them to WordPress or a static site, and drafts the social posts that go with them. A person approves everything before it reaches a live page.
If you publish for more than one brand, the writing is rarely the slow part. The slow part is the spreadsheet of what is due, remembering which site wants which tone, resizing the images, copying the post into the right dashboard, and then writing 6 social captions that say roughly the same thing.
AI Publish does that work in one place and leaves you the decisions.
Every site carries its own tone, brand colours, image direction, and closing call to action. A church site and a hosting company generate differently because you told the system how each one sounds, once.
A WordPress target gets a real post with its featured image, excerpt, tags, and the right author byline. An Astro or other Git-backed site gets a committed Markdown file and its images. Same buttons either way.
Publishing an article writes the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Pinterest copy that goes with it, each in that network's shape, and leaves it as a draft for you to read. Sending is always a deliberate click.
Automation writes and pushes drafts. It never publishes live on its own. Turn on client approval and a site cannot go live at all until someone signs off, including from an emailed link with no login.
Agencies, in-house teams with a family of brands, and anyone maintaining a network of sites that all need to keep publishing. Each client is a plan: it owns its sites, its logins, its budget, and optionally its own AI account, and nobody on one plan can see another.
A plan can carry its own model key, so its generation bills the client directly at cost rather than passing through your account with a margin nobody enjoys explaining.
Give a plan a monthly budget and it is checked before each request rather than reported after it. Costs are shown in Canadian dollars, and a model with no published price is counted separately instead of guessed at.
Every generation, draft push, live publish, and social post is logged as a transaction with a user, a cost, and a time. When a client asks what they paid for in March, the answer is a screen rather than an afternoon.
Somebody always edits the published page. AI Publish reads every live article back from the site it went to, tells you exactly how the live version differs from the copy it holds, and refuses to overwrite an edit it did not make. You can pull the live wording back in instead, or push over it deliberately, and it will not do either quietly.
Accounts are set up by hand, so tell us what you publish and we will walk you through it.
